Amp Sprockets respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through AmpSprockets.com, why we use it, and the choices available to you.

We collect information you provide when you place an order, create an account, request a custom sprocket, apply to become a dealer, contact us, or subscribe to communications. This may include your name, email address, telephone number, billing and shipping addresses, company information, order history, product requirements, and messages or files you submit.

Payment information is collected and processed by our payment provider, PayPal. Amp Sprockets does not store complete payment-card numbers or security codes on its own servers.

We also receive technical information such as IP address, browser and device information, cookie identifiers, referring pages, and activity necessary to operate, secure, and improve the website.

Account information remains until the account is deleted or retention is otherwise required. Custom-request materials may be retained to respond to and document the request.

These rights may be limited where records must be retained for legal, security, or transactional reasons.

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect personal information. No online service or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure.

Children

This store is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
